Incredible frame by frame animation. Having just heard of you from your old work, most notably Brawl Funnies, Im glad to see you are still animating here.

NOTE: .webp won't mess with the pixels.

EDIT: WEBP is a format that you can convert a video into and it'll work like a GIF.

Pom fault, the drawing I used as reference had the eyepatch on the same eye as this drawing.
But Pom change the eye with the eyepatch from drawing to drawing.

You really Definitely need to work on your shading, to me this almost looks very amateurish and inconsistent.

I guess from a distance it doesn’t look too bad, but once you pay attention to the details you’ll find an over reliance on pillow shading.

You can find plenty of tutorials that should help understand this subject. This one below is just one of them.

I seriously do not know how this image was created. Was this a pre-existing image you applied a filter onto? A 3D model? Who knows. It doesn't look too bad though, despite the heavy pixelation.

All I remember is a few heavy drinks, I went to make myself a sandwich, and I woke up the next morning and this was created lol.

The hair looks like it was sketched really fast, a lot of it likely coming from within the same stroke. This is a trick that I've done that myself and can lead to amazing results if you use it right, but here it's a little wonky in some parts, especially on the mustache.

Rojo usually has red and blue eyes but for the shock effect they're white in this piece

The actual submission itself (ie. the actual content you posted to Newgrounds) is just a thumbnail to an embedded YouTube video. I thought you would post, you know, the comic here.

As for the dub itself, not so much. Even though the voices were, only one panel is fully drawn. The rest of the panels are just rough sketches, and after that you used footage from the Angry Video Game Nerd, which another reviewer said you didn't credit.

SUGGESTIONS:
Finish the comic, then post it to the Art Portal instead of the thumbnail.

RE: If it isn't really a comic, then why are you calling it a comic dub? Also you should probably link those to the description as well as the source to the AVGN clip

Actually it isn't really a comic, just several pics mashed together in the video. The unfinished drawings were just silly additional ideas for the main drawing

["True" NES Style Booba]

Sorry if I'm being a little nitpicky, but I've figured out that this would be impossible on real NES hardware.

1: One limitation of the NES you didn't mention is not just the 16x16 squares, but also there's only 4 palettes total.
for the background, meaning you can only really use 13 colours.
You used 20 colours, 19 not counting the watermark and there's way more than 4 colours per 16x16 square, possibly even exceeding 16 palettes.

2: I'll forgive the boosted palette, but you broke a rule you mentioned already:
'Each 16x16 square can only have 3 colors plus black (or whatever)'
I've found some squares that contain 5 colours, specifically those on the the dress covering the right boob.

But I will give you this. You got me to stare at boobs for 4 hours straight.
