That seems legit, you seem to have a certain panache for that. I guess ppl are so used to having spoonfed, grandiose content, they forget that the observations of the simple frog are still valid and entertaining
What Reddits do you follow? What worries you the most? Are the Frog productions a hobby, therapy or a learning tool for content production?
I usually follow a lot of the big subs in my field of interest such as r/Jokes, r/todayilearned, and r/gaming, though I also follow a few other niche subreddits such as r/themonkeyspaw (the basis for my first and fifth episodes) and r/askouija. I also follow subreddits dedicated to certain YouTubers, but to be honest, it's mostly about the memes and other sorts of humour.
What worries me the most is that for some reason, my videos could get taken down for any possible reason, especially copyright claims.
On Newgrounds, I'm worried that my content can get blammed due to my animation quality. When I first posted on Newgrounds, I submitted my latest episode (Raiding the Base), it got under 3 stars, which is why I initially held off against reuploading my old episodes.
Though they still passed judgement, they gradually got lower and lower recently.
What also worries me is not getting views. The YouTube algorithm is notoriously very difficult to please, and you can only go so much on Newgrounds in this day and age without getting lucky.
I usually create these videos because I enjoy doing it as a hobby (mostly). I originally created Anonymous Frog on some small, shady, video sharing platform that since closed down, mostly because I had nothing else to do, and because I'd like to experiment with stuff. Back then, it was just a low effort shitpost show made with MS Paint and Openshot, but now I'm starting to include some story to it.
Pshaw, animation quality... only true purveyors of the media can forgive such placeholders. What's important is what you say. If you think getting better graphics would help, there's folks here who would oblige... but it does come down to networking/reaching out/ the lone wolf attitude of most who post/upload here

I usually build around certain existing topics. Sometimes it's Reddit posts, sometimes it's previous episodes, and others are based off other creators' works, then I connect them all into one big timeline of events to tell a story about a frog. A simple frog trying to make his way in a world of nonsense.
