At least you didn't forget how to draw.

Personally not a big fan of the hairdos of the driver (which looks a lot like Chris from Nightmare Cops) or the guy riding shotgun, but I still appreciate what went into it. (ie. different parts of their bodies are placed at different angles rather than redrawn). I wonder if you'll post full animations to the Movie Portal?
Do you have any idea what they're talking about?

This isn't realistic, per se, more like it was photoshopped using realistic-looking textures and shaded two-dimensionally. It's more noticeable on the glasses and the beard.
He looks alright from a distance, but he does get close to the uncanny valley. Maybe that's intentional. I'd be very interested to see a cartoon animated using this style of pseudo-realism.

Although the proportions and shading are good, she almost looks a bit flat, notably in a few certain areas, for example, her toes.
The big elephant in the room are the outline corners. They're all rounded somewhat.
I believe you're using the line tool in a vector program like Flash/Animate (or something similar)
It doesn't look too bad when the lines are just 1-2 pixels wide, but at this resolution, (2160 x 3840 to be precise) it appears to be 4 pixels wide and I can see the roundedness and other imperfections.
Consider drawing the outlines using the brush tool, then tweak them a little bit afterward and allow sharper corners. In Flash/Animate, you can also "Convert Lines to Fills'
EDIT: I made no mention of that boot/sandal having unnecessary shading, but thanks for bringing that up.
You guess it, i am using Brush (Thick with no sharp edges) for like one year since my first time doing art, and it was good for some reason, but my art trainer also suggest me to use a brush with a sharp edges on for better lines, and no, i am not using Flash/Animate, but i am using a pure drawing app (Medibang Paint) i'll try to use a brush with sharp edges on in my next art as well as fixing the eyes shades, but for the sharp edges brush, i need to get used to it first, so when i tried in the next art, it'll be good
Edit: One thing, my art trainer said that leather boots don't need a shades or stuff, so i follow him
Thanks for the correction, my friend

There are two versions, one partially coloured in, and the final one with brighter colours, which I thought was digital, when I reviewed a video version you posted yesterday and now removed (which also had an uncoloured version)
As for how to improve it, here are a few suggestions:
1. You tell users to 'please don’t copy or take', yet the licensing terms say it's licensed under the Creative Commons license. Legally I could take, but I'd have to give credit and not make money off of it. This also means this redraw I did in a little bit of time was completely legal.

You can change that in the 'Choose a License' section when submitting art.
2. Do away with that 'Until next time' image at the very end. This isn't a TV show or even a webcomic, it's just cringe.

Good use of colours and shading, although shading could be really easy to do with an all-square design like Minecraft. However, there are a few colour artifacts left behind in this illustration, notably in the grass and the doorhinge in Steve's position. Also the corners are a little rounded, noticeable on their eyes.
I also believe it's possible you either traced over an existing Minecraft screenshot, photoshopped it, and/or used a custom resource to take the screenshot pack rather than draw all that geometry by hand. Well, aside from that blob on the right behind Alex. That's not to say it's bad cinematography, it's actually a good camera angle.
This is mostly of a sketch with some shading added to it, notably in her boots, which look a little more messy than the rest of the image. ie. some outlines are slightly wonky, but otherwise retain an anatomical structure. Other than that, she's still really cute and expressive.
Also a few loose pixels here and there, one on her tail and a few on her sleeve just after the glove.

Who said I didn't?
EDIT: Ooohh! His loss. Just so you know, submissions will still be accepted up until August 17th.
I was TALKING about the cat guy.
Designs are nice. @Bacun would call this a crossover episode.
If MilesJohn animations and MilesJohn art were in the Swole Doge meme, the art would be Swole Doge.
That is, you have skills in 3D modeling, colouring and shading, and also a few involving 2D drawing, but when you get them moving it just wobbles so much.
