It's a pretty neat dance. That is, the three characters are barely drawn and barely tweened.
Stepford's dance is just one drawing, up, down, mirror, up, down, mirror. 4 positions, same drawing
The other two characters below also have two frames to sing the lyrics, one with mouth open, and one without. It's not even properly lip-synced, they're movie clips that switch every frame at points and it can just be turned on and off when needed.
You might want to learn how to shade. Gradients don't count, it's cheap and lazy and it's the reason why older Flashes don't age well. Who knows? Maybe that's on purpose.
Tom Fulp's mouth animates like a Canadian from South Park and moves at different points.
I'd imagine the Flash timeline in this would be very barebones with very few layers and keyframes and even fewer tweens, ie. low effort
I also want to ask two questions. 1. What's the music in this? and 2. Do you have permission to use it?
