Does this flash even work? How is it still here? Even trying to download this gives a 404 error.

This video mocks one specific review, one made by Doktillia on your 'Foany' animation, which predates Dot Dot Dot by a couple of years at least.

Graphics: I've seen Fat Badger as well, and he just throws whatever into his flash and mashes it all together, whereas you keep a consistent, if not surreal art style that doesn't rely too much on existing assets or motion tweens. I'm not saying Fat Badger is better than you, it's more like he primarily focuses on spam.

Style: Germaine talked, but Foamy's voice was gibberish that later goes distorted as he mutates.

Sound: Could be annoying + gay on purpose.

Violence: A maggot crawled out of Foamy's eye and his head turned into a vagina, and that was 'a little violence'.

Interactivity: There are PLAY and REPLAY buttons, that's about it. This was before Movies and Games were split into two categories.

Humor: The joke is that Foamy's face becomes super creepy. I guess Doktillia had a point. I will point out one thing, the movie was short.

I will keep in mind that this was very early in your career and your second animation on Newgrounds, of course it's not going to be refined.

To summarise, what pretty much happened is that a n00b was talking shit to a not-so n00b.

This is a collab with 11 parts to it and seven coauthors, (including Bug, who's deleted, and Spinister, who is an alt of Sinitron).

Each part are represented by objects you click on, which thankfully the menu insultingly tells you to. The head from the 'Madness Day 2008' preloader is modified to resemble some creepy pig-nosed man, while the menu music contains the intro of 'Sonne' by Rammstein instead saying "Hitler, Himmler, Auschwitz, etc."

Most of these parts are very low-quality, especially considering the authors' histories, (W-P-S and ZekeySpaceyLizard have plenty of talent, but have also gone down the shitpost route at times, while Sinitron also knows a thing or two about Flash, but primarily uses it to make spam.)

None of the parts are individually credited, so it's difficult to figure out which part specifically was made by which author.

Individual reviews of each part:

TOP LEFT HEAD: (most likely Zekey)
Twelve spinning heads set to creepy music. The heads are animated very well, but it's still practically a 1 second loop and unrelated to Madness

TOP RIGHT HEAD: A FMV zombie explodes to a grunt's gun. Everything is drawn very simplistic, yet still crudely.

BOTTOM LEFT HEAD: A ship lands on some guy and explodes. Predates the typical Flipaclip animation. The text at the start goes away too quickly.

BOTTOM RIGHT HEAD: (most likely W-P-S)
"Go ahead. Make my day" says a weird lobster thing in stop motion, reusing about 4 frames for lip syncing.

CENTER HEAD: (Sinitron)
Grunts from 'Madness' with blue skin and 'NGR' on their shirts get on trucks and walk around. They're animated very well for 2008 Flash animation. And the music used fits very well. Still a bit shit-posty, given that it's animated with motion tweens and that animation is copy pasted everywhere (and the truck isn't as good), but otherwise well made.
RE: Damn right!

BEETLE (possibly StagBeetle, with audio from W-P-S)
All the sound effects are done with the author's mouth, aside from that one from Law and Order. This is a poorly drawn representation of Madness, followed by a person calling Tom to put it on the front page, and ending with the message 'fuck krinkels'. I guess the voices are funny in an ironic way, and the message it's trying to say is that Madness is an overhyped piece of shit, but that's about it.

KNIFE: (FatBadger)
This is unrelated to Madness. Both FatBadger and a grunt are wearing gas masks, but it then switches to FatBadger dancing with three ladies.

TORSO: Turns out that cross on the Madness grunt's face is actually supposed to represent Christianity. He shoots another grunt with the Star of David on his face, representing Judaism. Linework's alright, but isn't really animated, more like switching between panels.

GUN (most likely likely Bug):
Grunt face morphs into Rayman, that's the joke! I counted 11 frames in that morph, which was drawn frame by frame on top of a blue-tinted upside down picture of a girl on a car.

RIGHT FOOT (Knife side) Two images, a skeleton and a pelican biting a cat. That is all this part is.

LEFT FOOT (Gun side) (most likely Zekey)
WARNING: Earrape. A bird screams loudly. The bird is animated decently, but does flash colors.

IN GENERAL: I personally enjoyed the 'center head' scene the most and found the 'beetle', 'knife', and 'torso' scenes to be funny, while I can appreciate the style of the 'top left head' scene. Since these are shitposts, and the overall collab appears to be negative in tone, I don't expect everyone to like every single part.

Forr any new viewers, you might want to watch the previous 24 letters before this one. SPOILERS AHEAD!

If I had to guess, the question mark turned N into Z. I'm not going down that 'zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz' route. I'm getting tired thinking about it already,

Also, keep up the good work, ie. longer videos like this one.

Individual reviews for each part.

Preloader + Menu:
I guess the loading screen looks good enough, but not the menu and buttons, which look like they're from a completely different flash. It's nice that each part is a coloured suit, interesting touch.

Rtil:
Titled 'The Ballad of George Zimmer' on AlbinoBlackSheep as a standalone submission, this flash has to be the highest quality and the longest part of this collab. It's a dramatic Godfather-esque version of the eponymous Men's Wearhouse, where a disgruntled customer tries to get Zimmer to refund his shitty suit. It uses hand-drawn pencil sketches (or is it charcoal, can't tell from the high contrast) that makes this feel like a visual novel, with solid writing to boot.
Not something I'd expect in a Star Syndicate collab, but then again, this is rtil, who also made Pallid Fingers 1 & 2 and Say Something, and would later go on to make Metropolis Circuit. It isn't as fluid or refined as his other animations, but it does stand out as one of the better parts of this collab, and I understand why a lot of viewers praise just this part.

Taylor Bortner:
NOTE: Taylor did not delete his account, they just removed all but two movies from their page, including the credit to this movie and presumably all involvement with the Star Syndicate

This one's a little longer than the last three.
Watch out for siezures. Also watch your ears at the end. It also said it had shitty writing and the concept was stolen from rtil. The lip-syncing and animation are a little rough, with some bits traced, and some tweened with exaggeration.
Don't take my word for it. Even the author himself said this part is shit.

|

Psychomidget:
This part has George Zimmer with a dig bick, and the motion tween carries a lot of the animation here, except the guys face at the end. Has no colour. This and the last three are the shortest.

|

TheIRG:
This one is really disturbing and batshit insane. Makes good use of real images though.

|

Starberry:
Finally, some justice. And LASERS! This one doesn't end, so click the 'MENU' button at any point to leave the 2 second loop before the music (which is from Metal Gear Solid 3) ends and kicks you back anyway.

In general:
This is the kind of stuff you'd expect coming from members of the Star Syndicate or other crews centered around spam. These can give you a few laughs, but if you aren't a member or a fan, it can be difficult to enjoy completely. Well, unless there's non-spam hidden inside.

The one thing that probably needs the most improvement are the backgrounds, even though the character animations are fairly decent (if not a little rushed)
They don't seem to fit in with the rest of the animation.

casandrachen92 responds:

I'll think about changing the backgrounds to something a little appropriate

I can't believe the guy who did the MADNESS: Project Nexus live action trailer made this shitpost 13 years prior.

But seriously, this is a modified version of RTIL's 'rtil the bee' movie, which looped, while this doesn't, as you'll see why. The new animation frames are barely distinguishable from RTIL's original frames, including using the same mask layer for his signature striped shirt.
The only real difference is how his face is drawn. The lines are thicker and smoother and I guess the pink shoes were Hans's idea.

If you're wondering why the background doesn't move, that's because it's a movie clip. Hans downloaded the original SWF file and imported it into his own document, which also stripped it of the audio, which was easily put back in as it starts at a different point.

How was the rice?

Noticing some thinner outlines in this animation. Keep up the good work!

Doesn't work. Can't run this on Newgrounds Player, and Ruffle doesn't even support this.
