All of the characters are animated so off-model, you'd wonder if they were ever on model in the first place. Almost like they're made of jelly. But then again, it's a signature of Brazilian animator and W-P-S art thief Golfinho, who also helped out here as well. There's also instances where there's a background and instances where there isn't. In the same general location.

Also please be careful with using video game music. Game companies like Nintendo own those tracks and have the right to take it down. Newgrounds themselves would also take it down to avoid issues with Game companies.

You have five more days. You have the time to make something slightly better than this.

Masarsky responds:

It just experiment. I make it only in one day, so of course I don't think this animation is worth anything at all. And there was also a problem with time, I had the idea of Broccoli Fingers brother Salad fingers. But I just can't do it in a short amount of time. So I decided not to do anything complicated on this Pico day, but next year I will start do the animation in advance of the announcement.

I like what people have suggested.
Also the animation's pretty decent. It's very fluid and expressive and done frame by frame, but it seriously needs some cleanup. There's also no background, just a white void.

ALSO MY COMMENT FOR WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:
The fish gets stuck up the guy's nose.

TheJayShow responds:

Eyyyy thank ya! Yea that's true the animations line work is pretty messy n stuff.

This has to be one of my favourite Madness Day submissions, at least for pre 2010.
It's more of an alternate interpretation of 'Madness' in Madness Combat, without the combat. It tells the story of a grunt who goes to a brain doctor to cure his anger problems.

The ending also caught me off guard, like it was a Monty Python sketch. I'm not spoiling it, although that hasn't stopped a few other reviewers from doing the same.

That's not to say that there were some flaws. Out of the very few low scoring reviews I've found, some said the voice acting wasn't good, which can be attributed to a shitty microphone, although coupled with the music, it does make it sound like something made in the 60s and the mild imperfections in sound quality adds to the effect.

Sucks the music's gone. You could at least pick out some new music from the Audio Portal

RedReapee responds:

I wanted to but none that I saw fit as much as the one I originally put in :/

It's a neat little demo, but it's just that. A demo, that loops after only 2 seconds and made in 10 minutes, and even then it's not that big, at least according to the code you shared in the author comments.

16 years after the fact:

For something that was rushed in what little time he had left before Star Day (about 1 hour according to the author comments), it's very good.

Yes, this is a 2 second loop, there's a stickman walking (fbf), a green pyramid rotating (motion tweens), a sun with shades, and a path with 2 frames. Very simple.

I guess I could use this as a screensaver.

How dare you bait me into a PAINIS with a PINGAS in the title!

Also the movement from frames 46-48 are a little jarring.

Speak now or forever hold your peace.
