Nice to see some 3D here, but in my opinion, most of it is pretty stiff, even the little creepy crawlies, ie. not really animated. Also Brianne and Leslie almost sound like their 2005 incarnations

For anyone who doesn't know, the characters here are Brianne and Leslie, a lesbian couple created by Keith Stack, aka @Keith2002, who despite his recent legacy as a comic artist on Twitter, created the characters a long long time ago, with their earliest incarnations appearing in the flash "Wacky Lesbian Hour: Ep 1", which was submitted to Newgrounds in 2005.

It's a pretty neat dance. That is, the three characters are barely drawn and barely tweened.
Stepford's dance is just one drawing, up, down, mirror, up, down, mirror. 4 positions, same drawing
The other two characters below also have two frames to sing the lyrics, one with mouth open, and one without. It's not even properly lip-synced, they're movie clips that switch every frame at points and it can just be turned on and off when needed.
You might want to learn how to shade. Gradients don't count, it's cheap and lazy and it's the reason why older Flashes don't age well. Who knows? Maybe that's on purpose.

Tom Fulp's mouth animates like a Canadian from South Park and moves at different points.

I'd imagine the Flash timeline in this would be very barebones with very few layers and keyframes and even fewer tweens, ie. low effort

I also want to ask two questions. 1. What's the music in this? and 2. Do you have permission to use it?

UPDATE: Yes this is a remake, but it's still cringe.

It almost looks like you remade an older animation, and also switched software, but even then there's minimal improvement

BAD QUALITIES / THINGS TO FIX
- The same egg on eye then on cube animation is repeated several times for a minute
- That weird laser thing she shoots out with her hands looks like crap.
- Outlines are very messy. I can excuse the right eye over her hair as a stylistic choice, but there are spots where outlines bleed through other outlines. In addition the cube also has rough corners.
- No background
- Bland + forgettable character design
- Motions are very stiff and non-expressive
- Typos, notably 'perpouse' instead of 'purpose'

GOOD QUALITIES
+ Intro was pretty nice, but could use thinner or no outlines and further refinements.

[Madness Combat 9.5 pt2]

This is not Sparta!

GOOD POINTS
- We finally got to see how Hank escapes Purgatory. Well, in Madness 9, we got to see Hank's corpse get magnified, which ended up resurrecting him.
- We got to see a precursor to Madness 11's Tricky
- A variation of Madness 6's Hank got to return, while 7's Hank still shows up later to attack the real Hank just before the magnification. A good amount of Madness fans would say this version of Hank is the strongest and/or the best version of Hank prior to getting magnified.
- Animation is just as good as part 1, aka the reason this took years to come out. It's already a known fact that Krinkels doesn't use tweens to create movements, even though they could theoretically be used with the same result.
- Sounds are just as gory and music is just as kickass as the rest, thanks to longtime composer Cheshyre and sound effects by Cturix, who's work was first used in Madness 11.

(sort of) THE ONLY BAD POINT
- Both parts take place during (and possibly before) Madness 9. I don't know why you did the whole parts thing. The last episode could've been called Madness 8.5 and this one 9.5.

OTHER POINTS:
- Some assets from part 1 were done by Cethic and they would've contributed to this part as well, but some drama forced them off the team and all their stuff had to be replaced (which I won't get into)

- Obviously everyone is excited for another new Madness episode after almost 2 years of not getting one, but keep this in mind. No matter how big or popular a series or creator is, the fact you're getting another 'fantastical masterpiece of work' from them should NOT be a main point when pointing out how good or bad a certain entry may be and this should not be the main focus of your review if you are writing one and is not a defining factor on what makes a submission good or bad. In addition, 'Keep up the good work', 'LET'S GOOOO!!' and 'Perfect!' are all examples of super generic reviews here, so don't say that.
If you don't have anything good to say, (the definition of 'good' in this context is coming up with a review that qualifies as a review and can actually stand out against the generic BS) don't say anything at all!
