No indication to guess the code. Might as well try brute forcing all 100,000 possible combinations besides the ONE and ZERO at the beginning and end respectively.

Also, the other two buttons between zero give out zero still.

Don't think it works with Ruffle either, no idea why, something about emulation I guess.

Level 1: Carefully maneuver through the pigs, making sure all motion is gone before you move left or right.
Level 2: Hold down until all pigs are to the left, wait until all pigs stop moving, then go to the far right, then go up before they catch you
Level 3: Hold up to get them to the right, going right a little to make sure they are low enough for you to pass through, then go down
Level 4: Haven't beaten it yet

To hit the ball you have to put forces (horizontal or vertical) on the inputs below of the screen.

And the values has to be less than 100 and higher than -100
